Thank you for all of your Variations for cooking Tofu. I have been enjoying experimenting with the different versions of preparation. For now, my favorite, 'go to,' way is Marinated Tofu (the Firm), baked. I must say that I have gotten pretty creative in preparing it. For over 3 years now, I have been trying different seasonings to give mine a different taste, (Sugar Free Maple Syrup and A pple Cider Vinegar, Italian Seasoning, etc.), thus, making it my own.
