Simple hummus sandwich - This simple hummus sandwich is ready in less than 5 minutes and is a super healthy option, especially if you use homemade hummus.

We've got many easy and healthy recipes for you! We want you to achieve your goals during the next 12 months because you can be healthy and enjoy delicious meals at the same time.

It can be hard to make vegan sandwiches at the beginning because maybe you're used to make them using animal foods, but let me tell you one thing: they're really easy to make! We usually include some healthy fat (avocados are the best) or some vegan spread and also some raw or cooked veggies.

This simple hummus sandwich is ready in less than 5 minutes and is a super healthy option, especially if you use homemade hummus, which tastes better than store-bought and is made with nasty ingredients like refined oils, preservatives or additives.

You can toast or heat the bread slices and cook your veggies with some extra virgin olive oil or even bake them. Feel free to use your favorite ingredients like other veggies or other kind of hummus (this roasted red pepper hummus is my favorite one!). ?

It's so easy to forget how great the simple stuff can be if you have the best ingredients! I can't wait to try this - especially with all the flavored hummuses that you can create if you make your own! And because it's simple - the hummus will really be allowed to shine!

This is delicious. I made it with a roll -- we all it a Kaiser roll in NYC -- but the bread you used looks even better.
